The identity had to visually represent that the plots were rich in diverse flora. Every house is customised and built according to your taste, but it will be surrounded by tonnes of different flowers and plants that you probably haven't even heard of before.
A bunch of flowers commonly found in Maharashtra were taken and digitally illustrated in a water colour style.
Final logo and construction
When interested buyers visit the plot for the first time, they would receive a bag with brochures about the firm, and about the land. The brochure would also give information about the different types of flowers spread across the land. The bag will have some goodies, gifted on behalf of the company.
